Home Care Heroes' program delivery will include providing digital literacy skills training to Heroes using the Be Connected Topic Library, providing free Be Connected sessions to Heroes and customers and promoting Be Connected through Home Care Heroes communication channels and networks in the tech start-up, aged and disability sectors.
