The Place: Charlestown Community Centre is where people from all walks of life have access to local and regional services including opportunities to participate in educational, developmental, and social activities.

The Place: Charlestown Community Centre is being funded to recruit, train and support Be Connected Network Partners in the Central Coast & Newcastle region of NSW, and establish ongoing peer support groups for digital skills and social support for learners. They will be working with specific community groups including the deaf community and CALD communities in the region, with the project including evaluation and feedback to support continuous improvement. Through this project, 500 learners will be registered on the Be Connected Learning Portal and supported to learn digital skills.
